At VitaDrive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your VitaDrive account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
